We are often asked about places to start when it comes to learning about masculinity or engaging in therapy. The following is a list of some of our favourite books on the subject of men, masculinity, and growth along with brief descriptions of what you can expect.     This was the book that began our interest in understanding how men relate to the world and construct their realities. This is book is not a practical “how to” manual, but instead a thorough map of what comprises the mature masculine psyche.

  • There are few examples in our modern world where we get an in depth glance in to the mind of a true philosopher while navigating his own life.   • While this is the only work of fiction on the reading list it is present for good reason. The Brazilian author weaves a beautiful story about risk, reward, and adventure while at the same time instilling the importance of cultivating maturity.
